    • I agree to all terms and conditions above.

    • Photo Rights: I agree that my submitted and captured photos can be used for ARTSELL's
      marketing and will be copyrighted under ARTSELL's name. Client Communications: I understand that direct
      communication with ARTSELL clients is strictly prohibited and that a breach will result in a ban and
      possible legal action.

    • Artist Release Form: I agree to sign a separate Artist Release Form for future work
      granting use of my photos without name attribution. Booking & Cancellation: I understand the rules regarding
      client payments and that artists cannot cancel shooting dates without providing legitimate alternative 48
      hours in advance.

    • Payment Adjustments: I accept that a 5% discount will be applied to my payment for
      submission delays and a 15% decrease for failing to deliver quality work. Weekly & Overtime: I understand
      that an 8-hour workday is standard and that overtime work is compensated an additional 15% per hour.
